Bloom software (available for free download and use at Bloomlibrary.org) can be used to make accessible e-books for the visually impaired (using talking book tool and the image description tool) and for the Deaf (using sign language video tool). The bloomlibrary has over 5000 books that can be downloaded for use or adaptation.
